Welcome to ClassTie, provided by Floyet Labs & Technologies LLP ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClassTie Manager, ClassTie Student, our web portals, and related applications.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using ClassTie, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an institution (such as a tuition center, school, or coaching academy), you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution.
2. Description of Services
ClassTie provides cloud-based education management software:
- ClassTie Manager: For institution owners, directors, faculty, and administrators to manage admissions, batch timetables, attendance, tuition billing, marks, and parent communication.
- ClassTie Student: For enrolled students and linked guardians to review class schedules, join online sessions, track attendance, inspect fee receipts, and access study materials.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Institutions must provide accurate details regarding their courses, student enrollments, and fee structures.
- Guardian Consent: Institutions are responsible for having appropriate permissions from guardians to store their contact details and send WhatsApp receipts and alerts.
- Credential Security: You are responsible for safeguarding login passwords and OTP credentials for staff and faculty accounts.
4. Fees and Subscriptions
- Institution Subscriptions: Institutions subscribe to ClassTie under agreed monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans. Failure to maintain subscription fees may result in suspension of administrative access.
- Tuition Fees Distinction: ClassTie is a software provider and does not directly handle tuition fee escrow. Tuition payments collected by institutions from students are strictly between the institution and the student/guardian.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to:
- Interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of ClassTie services.
- Upload unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content or materials.
- Misuse student or guardian phone numbers for unsolicited marketing.
6. Limitation of Liability
ClassTie is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floyet Labs & Technologies LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
